Dear Family,
I swear time keeps
speeding up the longer I've been on my mission. Last week I hit the point in my
mission where when people ask me how long I've been out and I tell them that they
respond, "Oh! You don't have very long left!" Sometimes I just want
to yell, "Don't rub it in people!!!!!!!!!!" Ha ha but of course I
don't. I just keep trying to treasure every moment I have!
It actually hasn't
been that eventful of a week (unlike last week). There have been so not-so-fun
things that have happened but that is to be expected for how amazing last week
was! It's all good though because the gospel is TRUE! :)
For site meeting we
are going over using the key messages (they are specific concepts we are
supposed to emphasize on tours) at the BOMPS. We did it for the Smith Farm last
week and we decided to spice things up this week. Both of them have been
"virtual tours" where we have pictures of different spots at the
sites and have sisters come up and role play using a randomly selected key
message at the spot. This week we invited Mr. Gilbert along for the ride ;) Mr.
Gilbert is the red sock monkey you sent me for Valentine's day. Sister Madsen
and I named him Mr. Gilbert after John H. Gilbert, the man who set the type for
the Book of Mormon. We have him "going on tour" this week so we put
him in every picture that we are using tonight ha ha. We had a lot of fun with
it and hopefully everyone else likes Mr. Gilbert ;)
Anyway, I'm about out
of time now. Thanks for all the love and support! Love you all times a billion
zillion!
Remember: It's all
true!
Love,
Sister Butters
